Complex turnkey work was performed at the facility: general construction, electric installation work, implementation of low-current and fire-fighting systems, water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
Energy efficient technologies provided during the construction: LED lighting in workshops; a solar power plant on the roof of the warehouse complex as an additional source of power supply; gas infrared emitters for heating industrial premises.
The project was implemented within the Special Investment Contract (SPIC), which was signed in June 2017 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the government of Tyumen Region and Transneft Siberia JSC.
